Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Viperium Trading, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Viperium Trading.

If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company.

1. Trading Credits, Funding & Milestones

Users pay a subscription fee to access a funded trading account.

You start with trading credits and must reach 10% profit to move to the next tier.

Maximum tier: $1 million funding in 16 steps. User can continue trading at this tier. The cash balance will continue to increase.

Each milestone unlocks a cash balance, which becomes withdrawable at certain conditions.

If you lose 5% of the trading credit, your account automatically closes, and you must resubscribe to start again.

Withdrawals before milestone completion require a resubscription.

2. Inactivity & Account Usage Policy

To prevent traders from paying for an account but not trading, we enforce:

 Mandatory Trading Activity:

You must place at least one trade within 7 days of activation.

If you fail to trade within 7 days, Viperium reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account.

 Inactivity Fee:

If your account is inactive for 14 consecutive days, a $10 weekly inactivity fee will be deducted from your Trading Credit Balance.

This fee will continue until:

You resume trading, OR

Your trading credit reaches a 5% loss, at which point your account is automatically closed.

No refunds will be given for inactivity fees.

Automatic Account Closure

If inactivity fees cause your trading credit to reach a 5% loss, your account will be automatically closed.

To restart, you must pay the subscription fee again.

Temporary Hold Option (For Genuine Traders Only)

If you need a break, you can request a temporary hold for up to 30 days per year (subject to approval).

During this period, inactivity fees won't apply, but trading access will be paused.

3. Risk Disclaimer & Liability Cap

Trading involves high financial risk, and Viperium does not guarantee profits.

Viperium's maximum liability under any claim is limited to the total subscription fees paid by the user in the last 2 months.

No refunds will be given for losses due to trading performance, inactivity, or any other reason.

Viperium is not responsible for market fluctuations, system outages, or economic crises affecting your account.

4.Trading Misuse & Restrictions

To protect the ecosystem, Viperium may impose trading restrictions if:

Market manipulation (e.g., exploiting price feeds, artificial trades).

Unusual trading behavior that threatens platform stability.

Failure to comply with risk management rules.

Using multiple accounts to bypass system limits.

Viperium reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts violating these rules without compensation.

 5. KYC/AML Compliance

All users must verify their identity to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws.

Using fake information, VPNs, or third-party accounts to bypass KYC will result in account closure with no refund.

6. Market Data Usage & Intellectual Property

Users cannot redistribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit market data from Viperium.

Viperium retains all intellectual property rights to its platform, including its trading models, data, and systems.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia.

Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Saint Lucia.

Users waive the right to file or join a class-action lawsuit against Viperium.

 8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Users must not disclose any non-public information obtained through Viperium.

Viperium follows strict data protection laws and will never sell personal data.

 9. Termination of Services

Viperium may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

Violate these Terms & Conditions.

Engage in fraudulent activities or misuse the platform.

Fail to comply with KYC/AML rules.

Upon termination, all rights to access the platform are revoked.

 10. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

Viperium is not liable for service disruptions caused by:

Natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, financial crises, or market instability.

Technical failures beyond our control.

If such events occur, Viperium reserves the right to temporarily suspend services without liability.

 11. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

You are paying for access to the platform, not a guaranteed profit.

No refunds will be given if you lose your trading credit or if your account is closed due to inactivity or rule violations.

12. Tax Obligations

Users are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes applicable to their trading activities, including but not limited to:

Income tax on profits.

Capital gains tax (if applicable in your country).

Any other taxes required by local, state, or national laws.

Viperium does not provide tax advice. Users should consult with a professional tax advisor to ensure compliance with their jurisdiction's tax laws.

Viperium will not deduct, withhold, or report taxes on behalf of users, except where required by law.

If any tax authority requires Viperium to withhold taxes or report earnings, users must provide necessary documentation, including but not limited to:

Tax identification numbers (TINs)

Residency certificates

Other legally required forms

Failure to comply with tax obligations may result in account restrictions or reporting to relevant authorities, where required by law.
